Using our Podcast Dashboards
See what you can do with our podcast dashboards
Once you’ve created your Podcast Dashboard, you’re just a click away from gaining a complete overview of your podcast portfolio’s performance. Here’s how to get the most out of your dashboard.

Accessing Your Dashboard
To view a dashboard, go to your Dashboard Library and select the dashboard you want to open. Each dashboard is split into two main sections, designed to give you both high-level and in-depth insights.
Overview & Key Metrics
At the top of your dashboard, you’ll find a summary of key metrics. Those include:
Total Episodes
Production Hours (total duration of all episodes combined)
Spotify Followers
Ratings
Those should give you a first glance at your dashboard's performance. Below a list of all podcasts included in the dashboard. Click on them to get to their podcast pages and get more insights on each podcast individually.
Portfolio Analytics
Below, you will find the Portfolio Analytics section with deeper insights. You can select a week to analyze data for that specific time period — going back up to 6 weeks from your selected week.
At this time, you have two tabs to explore.
📊 Overview Tab

This tab provides a broad summary of your portfolio’s performance:
Episodes: Total and newly released episodes in the selected week.
Release Heatmap: Visual calendar showing when each podcast released episodes.
Scores: Weekly trends for average Metadata Score, Chart Score, and Rating Score.
Ratings: Total and new ratings during the selected week.
Genres: Genre breakdown as a pie chart.
Top 200 Chart Appearances: Count of times podcasts ranked in Apple or Spotify’s Top 200 charts.
🏅 Rankings Tab

This section contains multiple ranking tables, allowing you to compare podcasts across various performance metrics:
Total Episodes
Average Rating
Total Reviews
Followers
Release Frequency
Latest Release
These tables help you quickly identify high-performing podcasts and areas for improvement across your dashboard.
