Choosing the Date
Our charts go all the way back to October 2021, allowing you to explore historical rankings and track long-term trends. Simply select the date you’re interested in, and the page will update to show the charts as they were at that time.Picking the Platform
Currently, we support data for both Apple Podcasts and Spotify, the two largest podcast platforms in the world.Selecting the Country
With data from 35 different countries, you can focus your analysis on the regions that matter most to you. Your preferred country will be auto-selected when opening the charts, but you can change this in your Preferences anytime.Switching the Genre
With over 100 different genres to choose from, you can get as detailed as you like. Keep in mind that some genres might be exclusive to certain platforms, meaning they won't always be available for both Apple Podcasts and Spotify.Comparing to Another Date
By default, PODIUS compares current rankings to those from one week ago, which drives the green and red arrows next to each podcast’s position. However, you can adjust this to any other date, allowing for deep, year-over-year comparisons or even specific campaign tracking.
Keep in mind that, apart from chart positions, all other data – like plays and chart scores – are always current, even when viewing past charts.
Finally, you can export the charts for further analysis or to share with your team, making it easier to keep track of your competitive landscape. Perfect for building reports, monitoring key trends, and keeping your strategy on point.
The Podcast Charts page is your comprehensive tool for tracking the ever-changing podcast landscape. With powerful filtering options, deep historical data, and the ability to export insights, it’s a critical tool for understanding trends, optimizing your podcast strategy, and staying ahead of the competition.
