Learn how to get started with PODIUS and how to create your account
Welcome to PODIUS! Whether you're a podcast publisher, podcaster, sales house, or media network, this guide will help you get started on your journey with the most powerful podcast analytics and media planning tool.
Currently, PODIUS access is invite-only. To request access and start your free trial, please reach out to us via our contact form. Once approved, you'll receive a welcome email with a temporary password to log in for the first time.
First-Time Sign-In
Once you receive your welcome email with a temporary password, log in to PODIUS for the first time. You'll be prompted to change this password to secure your account. Next, you'll need to complete your profile by providing some basic personal information, including your given name, family name, and gender.
You'll also set your preferences, such as your preferred language and countries, which will help personalize your experience (e.g., auto-filtering in charts). These settings can be adjusted later in your Account Settings if needed.
Exploring PODIUS for the First Time
Once you complete the onboarding, you'll be redirected to the Podcast Trends page – your gateway to daily updated insights into the global podcast market. Feel free to move on from there.

At the top, you can see the Main Navigation - giving you quick access to all features available on PODIUS.io. You may also find the Quick Search useful. Click on it or use the keyboard shortcut to open it and search our podcast database more quickly. Another useful feature is our Podcast Sidebar. Create a list of podcasts and select it to view them in the sidebar and switch between podcasts for quick access to their podcast pages.
Getting the Most Out of PODIUS.io
To make the most of your PODIUS experience, start by exploring the powerful search functionality to discover your favorite podcasts or uncover new ones. Dive into the Charts to track rankings by language, genre, or region, and gain insights into the global podcast landscape. Use Lists to group and organize podcasts for easier planning and research. As you explore, make sure to check out the Help Center for detailed guides and tips on each tool, helping you unlock the full potential of the platform.
