Podcast Lists
Group your favorite shows in collections for better access
Lists are your personal workspace for organizing and managing podcast collections. It’s perfect for building client portfolios, grouping shows for ad campaigns, or simply keeping track of your favorite podcasts.

Lists offer powerful tools for managing, analyzing, and exporting podcast data, making it one of the most important features PODIUS has to offer.
Podcast Metrics at a Glance
For each podcast in your list, you’ll find key metrics, including:
Ad Impressions – Estimated ad opportunities per episode or per month.
Plays – Total play estimates, helping you assess audience size and engagement.
Ratings – Average listener ratings and total review counts, reflecting audience satisfaction.
Scores – Chart, Rating and Metadata Scores for each podcast.
Episodes – Basic episode information such as release schedule, total episodes and latest release date.
Demographics – Only available to Sales Houses and Media Networks
You can sort your list by various criteria, like Plays, Ad Impressions, or Ratings, to focus on the most impactful shows.
Organizing Your Lists
After a while, you may end up with a bunch of lists. To make them easier to find, we have added an option for setting a Group Label and assigning a Client. This way you can not only search for a list from within the Lists Menu but also filter by Group or Client.
Notes and Quick Edits
Add Notes to lists for quick reminders or client-specific details. If you need to make adjustments, use the Edit in Search button to quickly jump back to the main search page, where you can refine your selections. To learn more about creating and managing selection from within the search, read this article.
Sharing and Exporting
Once you’ve curated your list, you can Share it directly with colleagues or clients (only available in our Enterprise plan), or Export the data for use in reports and presentations. This makes it easy to provide clients with detailed insights into their podcast ad opportunities.
Finally, you can add your list to the Sidebar on the left of the screen. This way, you can switch easily between each podcast and access their podcast pages. The sidebar even allows you to drag and drop podcasts when available. This way you can add podcasts to the comparison for example.
